South-East London's Amie Blu, has unveiled her soulful "something will give" delving into the aftermath of a toxic relationship, capturing the disorienting contrast between genuine affection and the unhealthy dynamics of the past.

With its acoustic depth and wistful arrangements, ‘something will give’ showcases Amie Blu’s signature style of blending raw emotional experiences with lush, classic songwriting.

Offering a glimpse into Amie Blu’s upcoming project, thematically housed in a suburban aesthetic, the project features songs rich in home truths and poetic realism. The lyrics navigate themes of sabotage and self-resolve, evident in previous releases ‘everything about her’, which speaks to self-protection and self-sabotage, and ‘who’s he gonna take home’, exploring the perils of over-romanticizing someone. Each song is thoroughly lived-in, with sounds and situations examined from multiple perspectives.

At just 21, Amie Blu has quickly established herself as a poignant voice in contemporary music.
