Hannah Laing kicks off 2025 with Bass Boys, a relentless club weapon already tearing up dancefloors worldwide. Premiered as Jack Saunders’ Hottest Record on BBC Radio 1, the track is a high-energy assault of sirens, chopped vocals, and Laing’s signature thumping bassline.

It’s been a set highlight for months and, with over 20 million TikTok views and thousands of user creations, Bass Boys is shaping up to be one of her biggest releases yet.

Laing’s rise has been unstoppable. What started as weekend gigs alongside a day job in a dentist’s office has turned into sold-out festivals, global tours, and the launch of her own imprint, doof. Her upbringing - surrounded by house and trance thanks to raver parents - has shaped her ear for high-energy, euphoric club music.

Her doof events have grown into a movement of their own. 2025 will see her first-ever Doof Weekenders, throwing raves in dark, intimate spaces, and the return of Doof in the Park, her 15,000-capacity hometown festival, which sold out in three hours. The ethos is simple: big tunes, no ego, all energy.

Adding to the momentum, Laing steps into her first major Ibiza residency at Hï Ibiza in 2025, taking over the Club Room every Monday night. As one of the club’s first female residents, she’s bringing her fusion of trance, techno, and hard house to the world’s #1 club, cementing her place as one of the most exciting DJs of the new era.

With a BBC documentary 'Hannah Laing: Follow The Rave' already under her belt and a massive year ahead, Hannah Laing is making 2025 her own.
