JIM LEGXACY HAS RELEASED HIS LATEST SELF-PRODUCED UNIQUELY SOUNDING SINGLE 'OLD PLACE'

One-of-a-kind, self-taught, self-produced and creative genius Jim Legxacy has made his 2023 debut with the release of the highly anticipated new single 'old place'.

Captivating his truly unique sound blending genres and showcasing his soft rap tones and thought-provoking lyricism. ‘Old Place’ lands alongside an amazing video directed by frequent collaborator Fidel, featuring Jim and some of his closest friends and creative family, set on a DLR headed to Lewisham.

Since making his debut on the UK music scene, Jim Legxacy has come in and caused a disruption with the help of his loyal and strong fanbase as he continues to defy every box that people have attempted to force him into. With a unique sound pulling influences from the RnB, Pop, Grime, Midwest Emo, Afrobeats and Alternative music scenes, Jim is coming as one of the most exciting and unique new artists within the UK.

Growing up in South East London, in a tight-knit household of Nigerian descent, music has always formed part of Jim’s identity. Jim's artistic journey properly began in 2018, dropping multiple singles and two longer-form projects (Dynasty, Citadel) which displayed his artistic growth, versatility, and vulnerability, all whilst battling homelessness.

Jim's approach to music has been that of an open book, sharing demos direct to fans on TikTok and allowing his audience to experience the creative process as he does, creating an organic and direct relationship between him and his audience. With multiple co-signs within the scene, Jim Legxacy is a name that won't be going anywhere soon.
