Taken from his upcoming EP, 'six missed calls', due next month, KiLLOWEN showcases his signature lyricism and flair alongside a standout verse from Frankie Stew, highlighting the pair as a perfect rap duo.

'Cook & Effy' was first premiered last year during KiLLOWEN's Reading Festival, and since then the demand for it's release has been huge. With teasers arriving all over TikTok, fans have been chomping at the bit for this instant classic of a KiLLOWEN track. Hangover-tinted lyrics blend with sampled garage production providing an immaculate vibe.

The contribution from Frankie Stew stands out as one of his best verses in recent years, with him perfectly matching the energy KiLLOWEN provided. The pair bounce off each other exquisitely, and with it recently announced that KiLLOWEN will be supporting the Brighton boys at their upcoming Roundhouse headline show, it seems this is an MC duo we could be seeing more of. More Frankie Stew feature verses is definitely something we'd like 2025 to bring.

This being the first single from KiLLOWEN's upcoming EP is hugely exciting. It provides insight to the overarching concept, which is supposedly based around self-recorded voice notes from fans, as can be heard across the intro and outro.

His way with blending energetic production with personal, honest lyricism is only getting more enticing as he continues to perfect his craft. It seems we could be getting one of 2025's standout EP's in the UK rap space within the next month...
