LIZMNK SHINES ON SELF-COMPOSED DEBUT EP, ‘MESSAGE FROM ABOVE’

‘Message From Above’ cascades through varying sounds and influences, highlighting lizmk’s multifaceted talent and unique approach.

Hailing from the vibrant and diverse borough of Newham, London, lizmnk is an artist whose work captures the essence of our times. Merging the digital age with the analogue world, a socially conscious core exists through lizmnk’s music. ‘Message From Above’ is clearly a labour of love, and lizmnk’s dedication has paid off. Arriving via AWAL, this is an exquisite first project entry for a rising artist with huge potential.

Having graced stages at Ronnie Scott’s, Café KOKO, Hootenanny and SOHO House, lizmnk is clearly no stranger to a live performance. With this EP being entirely self-produced, this is seemingly an artist who can do it all. Spanning jazz, punk, hip-hop, and neo-soul, ‘Message From Above’ will appeal to those who enjoy boundary-pushing, experimental sounds, that retain huge listenability.
