NEAL FRANCIS RETURNS WITH "WHAT'S LEFT OF ME?" AHEAD OF ALBUM RELEASE

Neal Francis is starting the year strong with Return To Zero, his third album and most expansive work yet, out on 14 March.
Neal Francis

Known for his blend of funk, soul, and rock with '70s influences, the Chicago-based singer-songwriter leans into timeless rock ‘n’ roll and vintage dance sounds, with no digital programming involved.

The lead single "What's Left Of Me," released on Friday 9th January, delivers lush power pop inspired by Electric Light Orchestra, pairing soaring melodies with raw lyrics about life on the road. Co-written with Chris Gelbuda - Sabrina Carpenter, Meghan Trainor -, the track reflects on the strain of relationships while touring.

Francis will tour the album with a globe-spanning tour through 2025, including North American headline dates starting 20 March in Cleveland, followed by festival stops like Byron Bay Bluesfest and New Orleans Jazz Fest. More dates will follow.

Return To Zero reaffirms Francis’s reputation as a master of vintage sounds with modern depth, blending soul, rock, and dance into a cohesive sonic experience.
