Y U QT keep pushing the boundaries of UK bass music with the release of 'You Know What I Want,' the first single from their upcoming EP, For Real Super Life, dropping 28 February.

The track delivers a powerful punch, blending the darker aspects of 2-step garage with trance influences and seductive vocals. It's intense and bass-heavy, crafted as a festival anthem designed for massive sound systems and foggy late-night experiences. ‘You Know What I Want’ shows a moodier side to Y U QT’s sound. Thick basslines drive the track, while haunting vocals add a layer of emotional depth, balancing euphoria and darkness in a way that feels fresh yet true to their roots. The production feels built for both underground raves and major festival stages, keeping that raw energy they’re known for. Speaking about the EP, the duo said:

"For real super life is about taking moments from real life and making the absolute best and most of it you can. There’s one go at the life we are given, may as well make it for real super life!”

The EP promises more than just the lead single's heavyweight sound. Known for their arsenal of sell-out bootlegs, dubs, and originals, Y U QT have built a solid reputation as both selectors and producers. Their label has become a go-to for crate diggers and serious heads, blending forward-thinking bass music with a clear nod to classic rave culture.

Fresh off the back of their sell-out Y U QT All Nyte events and appearances at Boiler Room and Waterworks, the duo continue their unstoppable momentum. The single lands alongside the announcement of their upcoming UK tour, with shows locked in for Leeds, Manchester, Bristol, and London.

While full details of the For Real Super Life EP remain under wraps, the duo have teased a bass-heavy collaboration and references to sound system culture, promising serious energy for the dancefloor.
